torque converter, and solinoid

1997 2.4 z24 chev cavalier where is the solinoid located on the transmission? anyone have a picture of it?

Should be on the side of the tranny, but i don't have any pics.

now will that solinoid be for the torque converter? cause the issue i'm having is, a PO742 Torque converter clutch circuit stuck on code. so i am thinking the solinoid is bad and want to test it.??

Still problems remain.....

Replaced torque converter clutch solinoid, still no fix to problem. lights: check engine light, and ets lites off lites remain on, the odd thing is that this is intermition which leads me to believe still it is electrically in nature but lost as to what it could be????? can anyone offer some help please!!!
