2001 EL wheels on a 96 Teg

i wanted to replace the 14" steelies that came on my car (195/60/14)
with some 2001 EL wheels/tires that i found in a junkyard
they are this kind http://www.ackerwheel.com/wheels/AW71717.html
almost new with original tires and 20,000kms on them with plenty of tread remaining for $650 canadian for a set of four
they are (195/65/15)

yes i know gsr blades or fat fives would look better but cant find those around where i live

i went to a local tire shop and they said i should get 195/55/15 if i want 15s but i came here to ask if those EL rims/tires will fit on my teg which has not been lowered at all
