96 accord lx engine prob

My 96 accord started kind of rough the other day and my check engine light came on. The car has trouble acclerating and the engine vibrates as i speed up. the code reader said it was cylinder misfire. i checked the parts and replaced the plug wires and the distributor cap but it still wont fire off of all cylinders. Any idea whats wrong with it? thanks.

Re: 96 accord lx engine prob

Ive had a similar problem with my 96 and it was related to some type of tranny problem. How is the car shifting into gears; sluggish, smooth,etc...?
