Where to find paint?

I'm trying to find an aerosol paint to paint a fender of a 1990 740. The paint code is 189, but the Volvo dealer seems to be the only one that can get that color. The problem is they only sell like an 8 ounce can for $16! And it would take at least 4 of them to paint a whole fender!
I tried NAPA and Autozone and they had no way of crossing it over to another company. Is there any paint you'd recommend? Just plain white, or is it a specific color?

I would contact a couple of local body shops and find out where they buy their paint from. Normally not from Autozone, etc. They should be able to cross reference.
