First of all I have 1 wreckless ticket for an accident...then last year I got a 75 in a 55 which wasnt charged as wreckless....then last weekend I was coming home from a friends and was caught going 102 in a 45 on a back road he arrested me and took me to jail luckly I had a passenger drive my car so it wasnt impounded....anyone know what will happen to me?

One word that sums it up SCREWED!!! Chances are your going to lose ur lisence and a huge a$$ fine. Damn after the second I would have slowed down. I used to drive like a bat out of hell till i cut a corner and almost hit a cop. I slowed slowed down alot sense then. All I can say is good luck with fighting this in court.

No you won't get jail time. You're gonna lose your license you can count on that and you're gonna have to pay a big ass fine. When you get your license back count on your insurance being insanly high. All I can say to you( trying not to sound like an asshole) is that you need to slow the fuck down and pull your head out of your ass. You wanna drive fast? Go to a race track. Peace-

Jesus Christ. 102 in a 45? WTF are you thinking? What if there was a kid out there or an animal? Considering this is your 2nd occurance u WILL lose your license and have a nice hefty fine for it. In MA reckless driving is an arrestable offense and u could face jailtime. I dont know where u live so i cant say youll face jailtime. But dude you need to stop driving like that. It could cost u your life or someone elses.

Dress up for court, bring a parent if you are younger, be extremely polite (sir, officer, your honor), and say like 1,000 hail marys, because as said above, your license is most likely going to be taken, fines are DEFINANTLY going to be expensive, and your insurance is going to bend you over when you get your license back.

Wow. Hope you like bicycles; not saying that in a mean way, I had to ride a bike for awhile when I lost my own license.

Check the state laws where you are, but you're in for a rough ride.

Good luck.

Thumbs down The Book

I hope they throw the book at you, this was not accidental speeding or Missed the speed change sign, this was extreme disreguard for the law..
they build places for people to drive like that. it called a race track.
