Water Leak, Drivers side 02 Jetta

I live in Prince Rupert, BC (Annual rainfall 8-10 Ft., yes feet). My car has been idle during some rainfalls here and seems to accumulate water on the driver's side (both front and rear floor compartments) to the point of submerging the mats and the rubber protective mats I've installed. The dealer has inspected the vehicle twice with no positive results. HELP!!!

Sunroof drains often clog if you have them.

Thanks so much for the quick response!! I guess I should have mentioned that my Jetta has no sunroof!!! Any other ideas? Maybe the windshield?
