As far a color, I prefer, from my own personal experience, a white exterior with the blue interior (althought I prefer dark blue, aka Safire Blue, to light blue interior).

As far as mods go, I image basic hotrodding techniques will yield results here. Larger valve and/or higher compression heads, higher flowing injectors, larger throttle body and manifold, intake air cooler (cool air is more dense than warmer air), change of rear gearing ('94 has economy 3.08 ratio gears that give decent performance but 3.42 or larger will produce more torque at the rear end but may reduce top speed), hood scoop/ram air, going with larger lightweight alloy wheels (17" aluminium like Impala SS as opposed to stock Caprice 15" steel wheels), adding nitrous (although I shun nitrous as the hallmark of the ricer).

Limited-slip differncial (SPID - G80) should also help off line performance.

These are just some ideas.

I recommend doing a cold air intake, mufflers/ 2.5 in catback, PCMforless.com programming, 1.6 roller rockers and springs, TB bypass, and 3.73 gears with a new Eaton 400# posi. The 3.42 gears are a good choice if gas mileage is in mind, its said going from 3.08 to 3.42 isnt worth the money for the performance you get in return. If your thinking headers, Dan at clearimageautomotive.com has headers (Budget and Tri Y) which are MADE for these cars.

pssss. Try impalassforum.com for a lot more info.

etc.

Build up a 383, put it in front of the stock tranny, 2.5 inch headers, 2.5 inch dual exhaust, 2.5 inch high flow generic cats, 2.5 inch thunder chambers (the cherry bombs are a dead giveaway the engine is tweaked) . For the rear end I'd go either 3.73 or 3.42 depending on how much fuel you feel like burning (a moot point with a stroker IMHO). Then go play surprise the rustang.

Re: Good Ol' Horsepower

underdrive pulleys, chip, exhaust, bigger injectors, etc.. BTW mackamitsu, he wants easy ways, and not everyone can build a motor and i doubt a stock 4l60e could handle the power of a 383
