91 4.0L V6 exhaust
Hey Guys.
I just put a cherrybomb glassback on my ranger, so if I cut off my catalytic converter, would it sound too chauchy (ricer)? |

Re: 91 4.0L V6 exhaust
I have a 92 with a 3.0. I have a glasspack and one of the cats is off. It still has the precat that comes off the ypipe, but after that it runs straight into the glasspack. I noticed a little difference in sound but not much. I noticed more sound out of my resonator exhaust tips then i did by cuting off one of the cats. My truck doesn't sound like a ricer but it doesn't sound like a v-8 either. It is loud at about 4500 rpm's though. =)

I know I'm not gonna get a V-8 sound out of it, but I heard that a custom exhaust with a magnaflow muffler will sound not too bad, I just don't want it to sound like a really high pitched tin can
