remote door locker thing
hey guys.. im looking at a camaro, that i might buy (acually, im pretty sure im going to buy it)
It has an aftermarket remote door locker/unlocker. the guy at the dealer kept trying to press the trunk button, but it wouldnt pop open. If i got a remote, how would i program it to work for the car? There is an aftermarket radio in it, so i cant do it through there (because im pretty sure thats how they program them.. or one of the ways at least) thanks. |

ya know my door unlocker thing has the same button and it wont open the hatch either...

Well, once i got my remote working, it does open the hatch for my car, but thats the stock one, im not sure if your aftermarket does, but i know at least on mine there is a hatch release.

My aftermarket one pops the hatch but i have to hold it for a few secs. you might try that
