radio static on am when car running
Radio worked fine for four months, now there seems to be a lot of interference when car is running. Only happens on a.m channels. I need to listen to traffic reports, any help would be apperciated.

Do you have a cell phone being charging or plugged in to the cig lighter socket. I get the same interference on my Santa Fe when I plug in my cell phone.

Yeah I did. On my website I have listed alot of mods that have been done to the Santa Fe from numerous people and one of which is a Noise Filter for the Radio modification.
His webpage is a bit slow, and you might have to hit the refresh button to get the images, but it works. TS out
