Re: conversion
I researched a lot I know everything that is involved. I would just like to hear from someone who has done it to realy tell me if it was worth it. And if there happy with it. If I do deciede to do it I have a place that has done it a few times, they will get the parts from a 1997 Z28.

Re: conversion
If you're doing the swap anyway why use a 97. I would probably swap an LS1 instead of an LT1

Re: conversion
the 97 is availible with 54000miles. my car has 50000 miles I want something that was as close to the same miles as my car. The LT1 will run about 2500 dollors the LS1 is more than double the cost if someone can find one with the miles I want for the price I want to spend then let me know. Also the shop were I will get the work done is a half hour from were I live.
would just like to hear from someone who has done it to realy tell me if it was worth it |

Re: conversion
$2500 Would Cover Parts And Labor To Install. I Looked On Ebay And People Want Like 4grand For A Ls1 /trans With 100,000miles On It Not Including Shipping
