Okay, I knew an Elise wouldn't do too hot on this because of the fact that it is soo light already. I grabbed the Motorpsorts Elise (It's a legal production car, I checked by trying to enter a production only race). And went from there to use the car as a benchmark.

1999 Motorsport Elise
Oil Change
Racing Exhaust
Racing Brakes
Racing Suspension
Full Customize Trans
Triple Plate Clutch
Racing Flywheel
1.5 LSD
Stage 2 turbo
R3 Meds

300HP @ 700Kg -- 2.330 Power:Weight (Whew!!!)

Best time of 3'54"989

Not bad considering I had a top speed of 187mph on Mulsanne

Here's my second vehicle attempt. I love TVR as they seem to have the most vivacious paint options from any dealer. And it is still striking without having to pull the Baby-sh*t green like Lamborghini and their Diablos of old...

2003 TVR 350C (why not, it spawned the Sagaris!)
Oil
Racing Suspension
Racing Brakes
Full Custom Transmission
Triple Plate Clutch
Racing Flywheel
1.5 LSD
Carbon Driveshaft

Racing Chip
Engine Balance
N/A Stage 2

Racing Exhaust

R3 Meds

496HP@1187Kg -- 2.394 Power:Weight

3'37"086

Top speed down Mulsanne 210 MPH, a bit understeery in some locations but didn't respond well to slipping the rear out a little.

Last but not least, I went with the classic Mid-ships engine design for the final run of the evening.

2000 Pagani Zonda C12

Oil

R3 Meds

Full Customize Trans
Triple Plate Clutch
Racing Flywheel
1.5 LSD

Racing Brakes

Racing Chip
N/A Stage 1
Engine Balance

Weight Reduction 3
Increase Rigidity

499HP@1212KG -- 2.428 Power:Weight

3'34"048

I could run better but I'd wreck out more than pull a faster time with a regular controller. I'd need a wheel if I wanted more consistency...

The Zonda didn't have the top end of the 350C as I only managed 206MPH near the end of Mulsanne. I got a little airborn on the first lap, raised the ride height by 10 mm front and rear and increased the bound/rebound by a smidge.

Blake, have you managed to beat the last of the challenges? I'm getting close again, but I just can't seem to keep it consistent. I wish my MOMO would just bolt up and let me run like mad or if GT4 worked on my PC

*gnashes teeth* I hate the fact that the challenges have some of the drivers aids engaged.

Ohh! I might be able to get my engine built up for my car if I go N/A for just around $6000 and expect 100hp gain. The car would be around a 10.1:1 CR with flattop forged pistons and able to handle a Nitrous kit or Forced Induction. Fully balanced, and the redline could be pushed a good bit beyond stock except our ECU's aren't mapping past that redline even with the latest from HP Tuners...

Staying away from Nitrous like a girl that is a known STD magnet though

Not happening any time soon though
