Integra Wont Start [HELPPP!!!!]

I have a 1990 Acura Integra LS. The car just turns over and huffs and puffs on any attempt to start. I took it to the garage to get the fuel pump replaced along with a strainer unit. They fixed it and it ran for an hour and then it never started again.

I had an issue with it getting a weak spark so I replaced the coil and modulator in it, tested, and it ran for about 15 minutes. I turned the car off and now it has not started since.

I manually replaced the fuel pump and strainer, found out the entire hanger unit was corroded, so I purchased another whole hanger, pump, and strainer unit. Reattached all the lines after putting the tank back up. And now there is still no go.

I unhooked the line under the hood by the filter in hopes for fuel to come out when i turned it over. Nothing. All it does it huff and puff and try to start but it just won't. No fuel is coming out of the line by the filter at all, but I can hear the pump buzz once in a while for a second I think. I put a tester on the fuel pump connection under the seat and it is getting its 12V of power, so the pump should be getting power too.

Any ideas? I need this car to go before snowfall.

Are you sure the pump is running when you turn your key. You may have power to the terminal but maybe the pump is defective or perhaps it failed to prime.
