Re: can i get someones opinion?

Why??
The Probe has more sophisticated suspension, better handling, a better interior and is faster to boot.

Don't confuse the 4 cyl Mustang with the V8 - the 4 cyl is a truly slow car and is not sporty. The live rear axle does not help handling at all, the driving position is poor, and the chassis flexes and shakes..........

If this is a straight swap the mustang had better be cherry and the Probe had better be a POS. Otherwise, it's not worth it.

BTW I am not prejudiced against 4 cyl Mustangs - I own one.

Re: can i get someones opinion?

keep the probe, give it some struts/springs, and drop in a j-spec

the Probe was origianly slated to replace the mustang
