WIP: Camaro

This is my latest project. A 1968 Z-28 Camaro. I have big plans for this one. I will post pictures after I am complete. I plan on painting it a dark cherry almost black color. Any opinions on what else I could do would be appreciated.

The rims are the extra set from my RX-7. The wheels that it came with are way too small. I think the Jada cars are cool, but don't be fooled though, this is not a Jada Camaro. It is a hot rod magazine 1:24 scale. I am trying to make it resemble the new G Machine craze with lowering and big wheels. It also already has a cowl hood and I don't know how to make a roll cage.

The car came with some Cragar SS's but they are tiny. Where can I buy wheels? The only hobby shop in my area is a Hobby Lobby.

Re: WIP: Camaro

I don't normally get involved with post concerning personal taste. But those wheels really don't look good on that car. I think the biggest rim I'd use would be a 17". Let the crap fly
