1996 Plymouth Grand Caravan SE. passenger window help?

Hello

My first thread and a hello to all.

I was at the beach on Saturday and my passenger POWER window was down, when I went to put it up there was no response. There is no response from the driver sidedoor and the passenger side door. What do I do to fix this. I dont believe there is a fuse.. please help and thanks in advance. there is a cold beer in it for you!

If I remember correctly, there is a circuit breaker for the power windows. When you remove the fuse box cover look inside the cover, you should see all the fuses and breakers clearly marked.

I had a look and the fues are marked but there is no indication for PWR Windows. Is the bigger black boxes directly above the fuses circuit breakers? If so how would I know which breaker . Thanks alot I appreciate all feedback. Berr is in the fridge.

Check the owner’s manual. It is also possible that you a have resetting fuse for the power windows, if that’s the case your BCM has to be reset with a scanning tool. Good luck.

There is no mention of a resetting fuse in the manual. can a window place do it or would I have to go to the dealer and spend alot of money?

If the manual doesn’t specify resetting fuse for the power window, then you have a circuit breaker in the fuse box, but I don’t know which breaker is for the power window.

Hey my sister inlaws caravan does the same but if U push the window up or down if works for a bit have oiled the cables and springs the only thing that I can think of is that the regulator springs have gotten weak cause if I pull the cable off the spring it works. dealer said needs new regulater assc. springs Not Avail. try Junk Yard if pushing or pulling on the window works

I should of been more consice there are 2 limiting switches on the regulator and motor assc. that have springs on them that activate when the cable is pulled taunt shutting off the motor pushing up and down puts the window in motion . also check for power @ the switch and motor may be a loose connection but if the drivers side works I dout its a fuse or relay
