98 lumina wiper turn signal pod

How do I replace the speed control, turn signal and wiper pod on 98 Lumina LTZ. Looking for step by step instructions thanks.

It requires the removal of the steering wheel and air bag, so unless you know what you're doing, and have access to anti-static straps, don't attempt it yourself. Buy a haynes or Chiltons manual, as the proceedure is too lengthy to include here.
