83 prelude will not idle

I have an 83 prelude that will not idle.I have changed both fuel
filters,checked fuel pressure,rebuilt carborators.The idle solinoides
have power to them and seem to be working.I have also run a
compression check, changed plugs and added fresh fuel. The car
has set for aprox 4 years.Any ideas???????

Yep, if it just dies down when you don't throttle it just take a screwdriver and adjust the Idle Air Control valve. It's under the carburator.
