Service Manual Download

Does anyone know of, or have seen a website to download any chevy lumina service manual. Particulary, a PDF format web page. I saw one for a Dodge Ram 1500 and thought it would be nice for a lumina.

Actually it would be great to have. Who ever finds it on the internet will probably end up making this thread a STICKY/IMPORTANT!!!!!

many thanks

Re: Service Manual Download

You need to be an employee of a dealership (or know one) to access the online version of the GM service manuals. And even then its 1998 and newer.

Best bet is to grab a set off eBay or something.

Hey, Funny you mentioned mIRC. That's a great place for music and a few other things. But, I've never been able to find a manual for a Lumina.

To be honest with all of you, I don't care what year it is, I just would like to be able to download the book, or just be able to view it.

OR THIS:

I hope this does someone good that owns a Dodge Ram. Must be nice to have this book to download.

Re: Service Manual Download

Not sure if you've tried this, but autozone.com has their repair info on the website. I actually used it to help fix my a/c problem. Went to the local library and looked at the Chilton's manual for the car and the two were practically identical, even the same pictures. It'd do for now, unless you want to spend at least $85 for a manual on the car.

You can buy manuals at Autozone for around 12-15 dollars.

Yeah, but they're USELESS manuals.

If it isn't a genuine OEM service manual, it won't be much good. Too much stuff gets edited out or forgotten in the generic Hanes/Chiltons/Clymers, etc.

Helm, Inc. is the source for new service manuals for GM and many other makes.

I just bought a manual for my '03 Trailblazer. About $150.

AutoZone owns AllData, much of AD's info is available free through AZ's site.
