Thumbs up Need Advice

Alright as some of you know I own a 1990 Buick Century that has all sorts of custom shit in it, but I'm needing advice on the potential of my car audio system. I have:
JVC Arsenal headunit
infinity kappa 4X6's in the front dash
dual 6X9's in the rear dash
A set of tweeters running off the front channel on the radio
same in the back
two JL Audio 12" W0 subs in a hatchback box
two Powerbass 12" subs in a hatchback box
one audiobahn flame series 10"sub in a hatchback box
all of that is powered by a 1400 watt Boss Riot Amplifier
a soundstorm Vanquish 420.4 amp is pushing my tweeters
those are Cupid usa microdome tweeters 300 watts per set
I have four sets in the back dash mounted in a pyramid like formation on my rear brake light housing.

What do yall think I can do with this system?

Re: Need Advice

sell everything and start over, except maybe for the 12w0s

quality > quantity
the sooner you can learn that, the sooner you can ditch all of the useless crap like 47 tweeters and 6 different subs and stick with something simple and good like ONE set of mids, ONE set of tweets, and 1-2 subs.

Re: Need Advice

I just want something that will kill animals and small children when I pass them in the neighborhood! So everyone says ditch the subs, but why the tweeters? The tweeters are probably the best part of the system considering that you can't sit in the back seat when I have them turned on!

You think this is a good thing? Why? If you can't listen to it then wtf is the point in owning it? That's like buying a house with a door that's too small for you to get through, it's retarded.

if you really want something nice sounding, find a car stereo comp that is fairly close and try and listen to like the top 2 or 3 sound QUALITY cars - talk to the owners, see what they did. Good and/or loud is NOT cheap.
