2001 Monte Carlo security locked up

My security system is locked up on my car and i cant fix it, any sugestions, nothing will work on the car except starter and driveing

Im tracking this down too, but I may have found it. could be dirty 60 amp fuses in the main electrical block under the hood. To illistrate my point at 40 amps it only takes 0.05 ohms to create a voltage drop of 2 volts
