92 camaro rs front bumper question

I need to buy myself a new front bumper for a 92 rs.
I noticed wile shopping around online, that a lot of them dont come with any insert in them, theres just nothing there, or they look like the iroc bumpers, with the piece in the middle, then nothing on the sides, for the fog lights to go i guess.
My question is, the insert part on my current bumper is fine, the part that looks like a grill, am i able to just pop that out of the wrecked bumper, and put it in the new one, that has nothing in it?
Also, the ones that look like the iroc front ends, just becuase of the insert part, do those pop out and am i able to put my grill insert from the rs in there?
