Unhappy Belt squealing noise after 500-1000 miles

Endless belt noise problems on my 99 Safari AWD.
Replace belt and the engine is quiet for a couple of weeks/500-1000 miles.
Replaced idler pulley, water pump flat pulley, belt 3 or 4 times, blew out a/c clutch.
Recent auto repair shop believes it is a power steering pump leak or a radiator cooling connection on the bottom in front of the steering pump.
It does look like the power steering pump is leaking behind the pulley,
and the two metal hoses at the bottom of the radiator are "wet".
I have a couple grand into solving this problem and the last shop suggests spending another thou to see if the leaks are the problem.
Could someone tell my where the "easy" button is located on this van?
It seems the only button I have found is the one labled "spend money until your broke".
With this last button pushed I have started replacing the belt myself figuring that a $17 belt can hold me over until I find the correct button or magic wand.
