1996 S10 Starting Problem

Hey guys,
I have a '96 S10 pickup, 4.3, 5 spd, CSFI, 120,000 miles. Its starting problem has been getting worse recently. At first it would have trouble starting, and I would have to crank it for several minutes at a time before it would catch. Once it is running it does fine. The times when it has trouble starting have now outnumbered the times when it's fine, but every now and then it'll start right up no problem. I have replaced the fuel filter and done all the usual tune-up stuff. Any suggestions?

Have you done a fuel pressure check yet, could be a bad fuel pressure regulator, bad fuel pump, stickie poppits?

Re: same problem

I just came on here tonight looking to see if anyone else was having this problem. I have a '99 S-10 and my problem is identical. Do you notice that yours seems to do a little better depending on how full the gas tank is? That's wild, mine has about 120,000 miles too.
