ls/vtec setup

Hey, after thinkikng about many different engine setups, i have finally decided what i'm going for. I'm wondering if any of you could give me a rough idea of what kind of power i'll put down with a setup like this:

94+ b18b Transmission
94+ b18b Block
95 B16a2 Head (obd 1)
CTR Cams
Aem Cam Gears
Apex'i VAFC
AEM Cold Air Intake
DC 4-2-1 Header
5zigen Cat-back exhaust

I'll be doing slight OEM replacements on aynthign that seems to need some TLC, but if all is running fine, what do you think i'll be able to push with this...i'm hoping like 160whp...what do you think?

I think you'll be able to hit 160 whp, or better. That set-up should work very nicely, though I wouldn't choose the B18B1 transmission, simply because I'd prefer the shorter gearing of a B18C1, or the even shorter gearing of a B18C5 or B16A.

yea, i think i'd rather have the gsr or type r tranny also, but i do want to keep the cost lower if possible. I'm not looking to race or anything. I just want some go for my show car...so i figure it'll do the trick compared to the VX transmission and the DX Engine.....man.....sooo slow

what about if i took the same setup, minus the cams and put in an AEM fuel rail, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and 310cc Venom injectors? Should I still be able to get to 160whp???
