In-Progress:1964 Impala

This is the Revell '64 Impala 2-n-1 kit. I will build this as a muscle car. I used some rally style wheels and lowered the car a bit. Yes the rear looks lower, that's because the interior is not in! The rear will NOT sit that low!! I think I will paint it red with a black/red interior!

Feedback and comments welcome! Ol' Dude

The Revell '64 seems a lot better than the old AMT kit.

Glad this isn't the final stance-this one needs to sit level or w/a slight rake in the other direction. The rallys look great on it.

Cool car. Will the red be red oxide? or glossy?

I have one of those in progress. I haven't touched it in 2 years though. HAHAHA

Not really much to update! After looking at the stance, chassis and instructions.......I used the lowered springs for the rear!!!!!(OOPS) So I took the chassis and suspension back apart and used the stock springs! I like this a helluva lot better!!! Now it doesn't look like a lowrider style, more like an Impala w/ attitude!!! I will try and have some paint on this puppy sometime this weekend!!
