Oil Filler Cap

I need to add some oil to my car and my oil filler cap seems to be stuck or on really really tight. Is there anything I can do to loosen it up?

Hi,

I just bought my first saturn yesterday. While inspecting it, I found that the oil filler cap only rotates about 1/4 of a turn and then pulls straight up. Hope this helps.

Re: Oil Filler Cap

i beleave 91/92 oil caps completely unscrew, 93+ rotate 1/4 turn then pull up. try a rag over the cap for extra grip
