I'm stunned!!!
After reading through the forum about all the issues regarding brakes and replacement pads and rotors I was expecting the worst when I put my 99 Passat into the VW dealer for front brake service.
I've just got the car back with new pads on the front required only, rotors were fine. Total cost of job 84 Euros or about 100 dollars. Can someone pick me off the floor!! ps: The dealer is in Coin (pronounced ko-eeen) in the Costa del Sol, Southern Spain.
