It this a light leak... what's going on here

Okay so I have this Minolta camera from the early 80's. And just found some film rolls that has needed developement since a year ago . So I developed like 3 rolls. Most of the pictures came back good. Except for a few. Is it a light leak? fualt in a lense (I've got a dozen different ones) or just simply old film? Here is one of the pictures.

That rock mountain reminded me of dice.

A light leak will show up white - not black. It could be a problem with a lens.

it's not bad film as you would have the same result on all the frames. as two stroke bloke said a light leak would show up as white. this looks to me like the film is not lying flat in the film gate when you are exposing the frame. most likely either the film tensioner plate is getting stuck (do NOT use oil on it, just clean the springs) or there's a lot of slack in the film advance mech and it's bunching your film up as it's being pulled through the film gate. have a look at the negatives, is the rebate of uniform size between each frame? if so then it's more likely to be the tensioner. if they vary in size, then the advance mech is at fault.

Okay I figured out what I was doing. When I was pulling the lever over I was not extending it all the way some times (by like 2mm!) and that little bit was not locking the film, I notice it when I looked at the neg, and saw an over lap in photo's. Thanks guys.
