Geo Metro 1995, No tails lights, No head lights

I've been working the problem for a long time,

1: The night running lights turn on in the front, but not the back.
2: I have the day lights in the front but no control of the night headlights, the only way to get the headlights brighter is to hold back the lever for the brights.

I checked the relays, and fuses, I changed the combo switch, Tested most of the wires I could find, Dismantled half the driver side.

Outcome: Decided it might be the light module, But cannot find it on this model, Looked in the teardown rebuild manual and doesn't have specific info.

I have come to beleive the little bastard is mounted on the fuse box, Because I hear the clicking sound coming from it when the turn signal is on.
