1. right side of car's power dies
2. pass window reg replaced

5. pass window reg replaced
6. pass window motor and all parts oiled
7. ac washed out with chemical

i have proof of all services and 2, 5, 6 are all the same complaint about abnormal noise comming out of the pass window when moving

i asked the dealership and they said that utah state law has strict rules on lemon laws and that there is no way my car will fit that... so i donno what to do because i dont have the time to keep droping off my car but i cant stand the noise comming out of it it is a 04 and in july it will be 1 year old so.. help???

Re: advice about my car plez

Just keep taking it in and make sure to keep all of your records. Are you worried about the one year anniversary because the warrantee period will be over then? If so I believe they are still responsible for ongoing problems that were never fixed. Keep those records!

Re: advice about my car plez

has the car been out of service for more then 30 days in the last year?

i don't think the dealership is the best person to talk to about lemon law, its like asking a cow to take back its milk.
