Should I Buy It? Amazing Deal(Check Inside)

i was looking at a 2000 Lincoln LS with leather seats cd changer the works basically, he is asking only $8,300 and will bargain it has 80k miles...my mom likes it but she is saying its too much "car" for my first car i have a 10k budget, my mom wants me to get this 1998 volvo s70 or sumtin that has 90k miles and it has leather and all cd player and crap but hes asking for 8k and its 7,500 and its blue booked at around 5k, the problem with the Lincoln is it is Re-Titled but is in fine condition he says the fender and side got scrapped but its fixed and he is a parts mechanic and has fixed everything and has recipts to show, do u think there is more to what he is saying, like more problems or wat not? the car is great tho i mean when u turn it on the steer wheel adjust and everything, hes selling it because he says he needs money for financial stuff and he has like 5 cars outside his house prob his bro and sis or w/e, but yea

Re-titled? To me that sounds like "was totaled". I'd take it to a reputable body shop and have it looked over before making a commitment.

...and since you're living at home you may have to go with Mom's input to keep the peace and not get a lot of "I told you so". Just a thought.
