1995 2.3L Ticking Sound

I read about the 3.2L ticking but I have the 2.3L 5 speed Pickup/P'up with 212k miles. It ticks at all RPMs, most noticeable at idle and hard acceleration. Anybody deal with ticking on this engine? Rocker Arms? Valve lash adjustment? Timing Belt Tensioner?
I've tried degunking, Rislone and 5W30 oil. Rislone seems to quiet it somewhat.

Thanks.
