How much hp does new headers add? (DC Sports, Chikara) Can you tell a difference?

First of all, it's header, not headers.
Second, what car would it be going on? Turbo? Non-turbo? If it is turbo, then it's not called the header, it is called the exhaust manifold. Please give us more information next time you ask a question - it helps us help you easier.

Re: headers
most likely not very much if any increase at all. you'd have to do alot more than just the header to get any power. you could start by doing the complete exhaust system (header/manifold all the way back to the muffler) and get some extra power out of that.
