Ive already got 35% on my side windows that I got done professionally. Im not happy with how dark they are but thats as far as you can go by law here.
Im going to tint the back window this weekend with the help of a mate thats done tinting before but never on a del sol. Im doing it 20% so I cant get it professionally done. I realise Ill have to take the trim off to get at it properly. But has anyone done it, any hints? Is this beyond us? I want it to come close to the edges not just finish at the start of the rubber so when the window is up you cant see the edges

well i would take the trim off and try it, but i can tell you one thing, dont use a drill anywhere below the window, those things go down like 8 inches from what looks to be the bottom, ive broken one before with a drill. 260$ later my friend totals his sol the same day i payed to get his window fixed.
