Ford L8000 7.8L Power loss

The truck loses power after it's warmed up but only at around 2200 to 2500 rpm. The owner of the truck had the injection pump replaced fuel filters all that. The problem still exists. I have already checked the intercooler that's good to go.Checked the inlet hose to see if it might have been collapsing that was good. Any further suggestions would be Great.
