For the diecast fans...

http://www.procarz.com/my/18mclarengtrf1.html I found this on a diecast website. I think the only car this collection DOESN'T have is the 1st edition UT F1 LM (blue box, double plane rear wing)? Which does a lot for my confidence in being able to find one for an ok price in the next lifetime... Should be eye candy for any Mac F1 fan!

Well other than the fact that all by himself, our man Thorst could absolutely embarass them it's still pretty impressive to see them all lined up like that.

As far as regular issued UTs F1s go, it appears they are missing the dark silver F1 road car, green F1 road car, the '95 Gulf GTR (there may be two versions) and the Loctite longtail GTR in that display. Some of the photos aren't showing up for me though.

I want a complete collection, but even I won't be buying all three of the longtail Gulfs or both of the longtail FINAs. That's just excessive, plus I don't have enough shelf space.

That's an amazing collection. I can't believe somebody has one that complete. That's quite a bit of money, too, right?

Re: For the diecast fans...

Its not all one collection. He states "On September 25th, 2004, we (Vincent Choi, Sunny Lo, Tim and I) have the 3rd diecast meeting, the topic of this show is Mclaren GTR F1. There are 18 1/18 UT Mclaren GTR F1s. Some of the UT Mclaren GTR F1s are very special ones with factory boxes. We believe this is one of the most complete collection of the UT Mclaren GTR F1s in the world. Don't miss it!!!"

So 3 people had all these, not 1

Yes, right. He mentioned " On september 25th. 2004 ", So it also can imply that each of them might have collected mclaren F1 diecast more up to now. hehe..
