That's crazy as hell. I paused it to the exact second in the video where the white car hit at 21 seconds and it all takes place within a second. I'm pretty sure that cop got hit but it's hard to tell by what exactly. Damn!

That's not the 1st video I've seen of a police car just sitting on side of the road, and not long after having some kind of car crashing into him... What are these people thinking...? Maybe it's some special anti-police terrorist unit...? Who knows...

I know it's a pretty common thing where traffic slows down when they see somebody pulled over, but something like this may have actually took place here because people slow down to a crawl causing back ups just because somebody got pulled over...

I bet the guy (white car) was flying along not paying attention, looks up to see two Highway patrol units ... freaks out and slams the brakes.
The brakes lock up and he slides out of control and smacks into the cruisers.
