Fuel Problem ???

I have a 1996 Dodge Neon with a 2.0 Liter engine and I'm not getting any fuel to the injectors........I checked the electrical connector at the Fuel Pump yesterday and its getting electric to the fuel pump but the fuel pump doesn;t run.....Does this mean its time to replace the fuel pump.....Any advice would be greatly appreciated....Thanks...

Sounds like you need to replace the pump as you said.
