We had a storm tonight from hurricane Ophelia and it was thundering and lightning while my dad and I were working in the garage with the barn doors open. I was doing some small stuff here and there on my z28 and then I decided to take off the window tint.

I started peeling the stuff off and caught a whiff of it. I tried to cover my nose with my shirt, take breaks in the seats. Finally, I started telling stupid jokes and singing "..And I know why. Because I get high, Because I get high, because I get high".

Similar experiences?

Why were you taking off tint? Re-tinting or what?

The tint faded. Not sure if I'm replacing yet. But I didn't need it on there now. And it gave me something to do...heh

I would replace it, having none tinted windows sucks because seems that lately alot of cars have BRIGHTER and BRIGHTER lights, even my Monte with factory dark tint, which BTW is VERY light, those damn headlights still bother me.

Btw, that's a cool picture of your Monte. But, if we're talking about the driver and passenger windows, don't you think I only have to worry about headlights when i'm about to get t-boned?

No I mean when they're behind you.. i.e. stop light and the lights are hitting your right in the face and you cant do anything about it.

people get so pissed off at me when im in my truck because I have ultra white headlights and fog lights. I also have ultra white brights and I did the 4 headlight mod (when I turn on my brights, all 4 headlights turn on instead of the low beams cutting out)

easiest mod i have ever done.. I had to splice into one wire in the fusebox under the hood and ground it.....thats it.

Non tinted windows suck. Especially when you drive a black vehicle and live in Texas. Not to mention I like to pick my nose were nobody can see me

lol holy crap that is soo freaking hilarious. yeah my car is soo hot all the time cause its like 98 degreese everyday and the sun shines so bright and i have no tint and a black interior...yeah sucks

i was gonna hook my lights up like that too but i figured i dont need another thing to get a ticket over. my tint is already 2 dark, and the windshield is tinted as well so why give them something else to notice and pull my black ass over. but on the good side it keeps the sun out my car so its not really hot, and the leather dont burn your ass, and bright lights dont matter to me cause i can barley see any lights as it is lol

Why would you get a ticket?? Are you gonna drive around with your brights on all the time or something?
