problems with my 2.8L

Hey peoples i am new here i came here to see if anyone could help me or not anywho when i am coming to stop my car revs without me even having a foot on the gas pedel then it just dies right now i just got my vacum hose that is connected to my EGR valve plugged is it my valve that is making my car bogg down at stops "1989 Chevy Cavalier z24 2.8L" plez give me some advise i have spent to much money on this dang car for it to do this to me now

Unplug that sensor on top of the TB, see if it bogs down still.

well hey dude ty for ur advise but i already tryed that one and nothing happend so just said screw it and unplugged the vaccum hose from the EGR and plugged it with a screw lol little ghetto but what can i say it works for now untell i get a new one
