Inner door panel removal

Does anyone know how to remove the inner door panels on a 1987 Supra? The hangup is getting the plastic around the window switch and lock switch to release.

I honestly think toyota made those clips to break off, Ive never been able to get them off without breaking the little metal clips.

Yup, it's ok though, the whole bezel is $7 new from Toyota.
