2001 impala blower resister
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to replace it... Would it be the same as a malibu replacement

remove the sound insulator under the right side of the dash, the resistor has 2 or 3 5.5 mm head screws that hold it onto the heater box. sometimes removing the fan makes it easier, just be prepared to stand on your head for awhile.
