1996 Blazer batt ecm fuse blown

I have a 1996 Blazer with a 4.3 and it was running great. I stopped it and tried to start it back and it just spins. I found the batt ecm fuse blown and replaced it. As soon as I turn the key to start the truck it blows again. I checked the fuel pump and relays and they seem to be ok. Thanks in advance for any help.

check the wiring going to and from the ECM for a dead short.
