96 S10Blazer Starting Problem

The initial problem was the Blazer wouldn't start in the morning. The car will turn over but will not start. I can jump start the car and it will fire right up. This is what I know so far.

I've changed the fuel filter. I put a pressure tester on the fuel system and if I cycle the pump a couple of times I can get the fuel pressure up to 60psi which is the lower end of the recommended pressure.

If I cycle the fuel pump in the morning about 4 times I can start the car. Once the car is running there are no problems.

I've changed out the negitive cables thinking it was a bad electrical ground causing the problem. No luck.

I've replace the rotor and cap thinking it was an ignition problem . No luck

I replaced the fuel pump a couple of years ago and I don't have a problem doing it again if that the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
