Where is the cam shaft sensor at?
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew where the cam shaft sensor is on a 89 lesabre?

Okay, I've read this one second, so now I can tell you....it is located on the front cover of the engine, just below the water pump. It will be at the end of the only wire harness going to the middle area of the front cover. It is attached to the front cover with a 10 mm bolt (I think). The only other wire harness on the front cover is going to the crank sensor, which is behind the harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley). You may have to remove a few things to easily access it, or maybe not, I don't remember.
