Fog replacement how?

I need to replace a fog light on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrgue. Can someone tell me how to lower the receptacle so I can replace the light. Not sure how to drop it down. Any diagrams available?

I did it on mine about a year ago - the bulbs should come out from the back - very easy - i had to lie on my back to do it, and maybe turn the wheels left or right to help give you some room?? It was easy
