Jekyl Hyde Racing takes 5th WIN & 4th record in a row!
The SCCA Duryea Hill Climb was this past weekend. There were 123 cars in a variety of classes and we each had a chance at the 2.3 mile course.
My first run I made every driving mistake known to man  My second run was the best hill climb run I have ever had and it scared the hell out of me, but it was well worth it. I ran a new hill record for the SM2 class of 2 minutes 4.7 seconds. The previous record was 2 minutes 7.9 seconds. On Sunday I had 3 runs. Two runs were at 2 min, 5 seconds and one was at 2 min 6 seconds. Here are some videos of the 440 being put down at this past weekend's SCCA Hill Climb ... yeah, you guys need to try a hill climb if you can ... the adrenaline is much more than street racing and it's legal.
We have a little chalkboard in our bathroom that my girlfriend and I write notes back and forth to each other on. Monday morning it said: "NO FAIR: We both drive fast on the street and I get aticket and you get a trophy!" (she got her first speeding ticket last week )

Congratulations. Looks like some fun cars showed up to the hill climb. I bet it's fun just to watch. They have a Rally Race every year in Cheraw, SC (about 2 hours from me). The people that organize said that my wife and I could volunteer with it, but we haven't had the chance. I've been to SCCA parking lot races at the college by where I live, but they just don't seem to have the same excitement as hill climbs and/or rallies...

Congrats! I had every intention of going up Saturday to get some vids and pics but I came down with the flu when I woke up. Had it since Tuesday and now I have a chest infection from it
