HELP 91 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 5 speed. Driving uphill with load went to downshift into 4th pedal wouldn't depress. Turned off engine, put in gear lugged a little but got me home. Had to turn off engine to change gears. Reservoir almost empty. New clutch 2 years ago, new slave & master 1 year ago. I don't even know how to bleed it by myself. (It's a girl thing.)

Here is a pic of the slave cylinder. At the top right corner there is a little bleeder valve with a little black cap on it. Take the lid to the reservoir off and fill it (leave it off) pump the clutch a little bit to get the fluid in. You need 2 people. Get one person to push and hold the clutch pedal down while the other opens the valve so fluid come out and then close it. When it is closed the person can release their foot. Repeat until the fluid that comes out has no air bubbles in it. |

Oh yea make sure that you keep the reservoir full of fluid and top it off when you are done.
