Mustang Gt or Probe ZE
Alright my question is should i stay with my current vehicle a 96 mustang gt with some exhaust and intake mods, or sell it and buy a 93-97 probe gt and drop the klze engine into it? My car before the mustang was a 94 probe gt with exhaust and intake and i could swear it would run with if not beat the stang.

I'd say do some more work to your GT..it is the V8 right..?
The probe is a nice car, i'm not familiar with that engine your talking about.. One thing i am sure of though, 4 cylinder engines NEED some kind of forced induction...to actually be really fast.. N/A just doesn't do it if you ask me..sure it will feel fast when you drive it..but if you got a passenger...that's when you'll be like "damn my 200lbs passenger made my car slow"..lol.. I'm a turbo guy, yeah superchargers have no lag..but a turbo is VERY DRAMATIC.. I took a test drive in a stage 1 srt4 and when that baby spooled up in 2nd gear...my head almost came off..tires broke loose for a second also.

The klze engine that i was thinking about putting in a probe is a v6. Probe gt's come with v6's in them that put out 164hp but the klze is the japanese version of the same engine that puts out 200-210hp and revs higher.

You know what it is, stangs are just so much fun.. I've been in ALOT of cars, and honestly..only that srt4 would rival the fun of a mustang...
You'll know what i mean if you got driven in a souped up one...chirping the tires like crazy..lol..can't do donuts though....

Yeah mustangs are a blast to drive but they aren't as fast as i would like, mine probably runs high 14's on a good day a probe ze can run high 13's with only minor mods

Sorry man, i thought probes where 4cyl.....my bad..
That sounds like a good deal engine wise... Isnt the probe lighter then 3K also..?

Personally I'd take the stang. BIGGER aftermarket with CHEAPER parts. Easy to modify, and realistically, you can make 400hp without needing some ungodly like tuning. The modular's have already been proven to make a reliable 700+ hp. Pushing a v8 to 400hp is not as hard on it as pushing a v6 to 400hp.
